Korea's super popular idol group TVXQ will be at Shenzhen on November 21st. Shenzhen's DDMM presents "TVXQ! The 3rd Asia Tour Concert 'MIROTIC'"; the final concert in Mainland, China.

It is known that at TVXQ's performances in the Mainland, the fans have given a bright and moving feel at each of the stops (Nanjing, Beijing, and Shanghai).

As Shenzhen's concert will be the 3rd Asia Tour's final stop, the company Dreammaker's staff revealed that the concert will be much more amazing than the first three, and within the more than one month time, TVXQ will have special and hidden rehearsals with much more exciting content to repay back the fan's support and trust in them.

The three members of TVXQ sincerely expressed their gratitude
for the absolute trust and the support shown through their fans.

Hero Jaejoong, Micky Yuchun and Xiah Junsu, the three members of TVXQ
briefly shared their opinion about the court's decision of the provisional disposition application,
and the declaration to stop the exclusive contract caused by SM Entertainment.

The legal affairs corporate "世宗: Sejon" which has been taking charge of this lawsuit of
the three described in an official press release on October 27th, 2009.

"We wish to express our gratitude for the wise judgment of the court,
and we thankfully welcome the court's decision."

And, the legal affairs "世宗:Sejon" added by saying,

"The three members of TVXQ will do their best to be able to act and perform just like before,
and we will make our best effort to work on the remaining issues. Such issues like the time when
SM stopped paying the members earnings from their activities from February 2009.
Also the issues which should be solved are, for the previous unpaid earnings adjustments and other
unjustified issues etc. We will try out best to solve these issues harmoniously with the SM side."

[NEWS] 091027 Court Rules Partial Provisional Disposition of Exclusive Belonging Terms for TVXQ’s Contract with SM Entertainment

The court has gave out the final ruling on the lawsuit between the 3 members of Dong Bang Shin Ki and SM Entertainment.

Seoul Central Court revealed on 27th October a citation of their ruling for the lawsuit between the SM Entertainment and TVXQ Hero JaeJoong, Xiah JunSu and Micky YooChun.

It was revealed, “We see that part of the terms in their contract has much destroyed the good morals of the whole contract. SM Entertainment should not interfere with its singers’ independent unique activities and also contract to perform and other entertainment activities.”

Previously in July, the 3 members of Dong Bang Shin Ki has revealed their 13-year long contract under SM Entertainment, which meant that they will possibly be working under SM Entertainment for life, and has applied for the effect of provisional disposition of the terms in their contract. And the 2 parties have engaged in a lawsuit as SM Entertainment insist that the terms under their contract are reasonable.

The court also revealed, “Through the individual agreement, there is high possibility for group activities to continue, but for the provisional disposition of the existing activities and the profit allocation, it is invalid and difficult. We will have to dismiss the application for the full provisional disposition of the effects of the exclusive belonging terms in the contract.”

Updates: The 3 members have announced that they will agree to the court rulings on this lawsuit
