The Chairman of international humanitarian organisation World Vision expressed, "During the showcase that was held at Korea University on 12 October, JYJ told their fans that compared to flowers, sending rice and making homemade bentos was better."
JYJ's fanclubs have sent a total of 8.38tonnes of rice to World Vision centres located in Seoul, Daejeon, Pusan and more, and also sent 'love' bentos to children and elderly from low-income families.
The Chairman for World Vision said that "during this period of time, JYJ have participated in various World Vision activities" and at the same time their fans have also helped to warm up the cold winter.
Also, JYJ received a total income of KRW30,000,000 for their [JYJ Worldwide Showcase in Seoul], and this sum was donated in full towards the "Child Welfare Campaign".
According to reports, out of their profits from their Malaysia showcase, they also donated USD$10,000 to needy children in Malaysia. Now, World Vision's Japanese website reported that JYJ are currently doing performance activities with the children.
