S.M.Entertainment Co.Ltd. also stated, "Tohoshinki is not as such that belongs to an individual or a corporation; but rather, it is a group that represents Korea, as well as Asia. For that reason, we would like to have Tohoshinki's activities to be continued." Based on their statements, both parties expressed that they do not wish for Tohoshinki's disbandment.
Regarding the continuation of Tohoshinki's activities in Japan, our company has also received a response from S.M.Entertainment Co.Ltd. that said, "Basically, the (three) members and their law firm both desire to continue their activities in Japan."

A Japanese womens magazine reported on the 26th that Tohoshinki's member Jejung was dating with a certain Japanese actress, talking about their date during the late night. This magazine reported: "witnessing the two dating at 3am."Jejung's reply to this: "This report has no evidence, and we've never met before, and i do not have the heart to date anyone at the moment."
One of Jejung's friend has stated: This report has no proof and Jejung has been in Korea after finishing the Shanghai concert in China on the 2nd of October, and has been there right up till arriving in Japan on the 24th. At 7o'clock on the 26th, the three members who were in a turmoil with SM, along with the other two members approached the "Best Hits Festival 2009" stage together in Japan.
This day, Tohoshinki was awarded the "Gold Artist" award, and was the 19th artist to perform out of the 21 performers. The five members appeared in white suits on the stage, and received a lot of the audiences cheers.
Leader Yunho spoke as he held the award, using his fluent Japanese to convey his joy and feelings of thanks towards the fans. This is the first time they stood on stage after the release of their 28th single. [T/N i'm not too sure about the "first time"..]

Xiah Junsu is planned to role as the genius musician who's aspiring for a freedom, Mozart.
A representative from EMK Musical Company, Um Hong-hyun said, "When the original author Sylvester Levay visited both the director and Xiah Junsu the first time for a meeting, he's attracted by Xiah Junsu's commitment and passion in his musical performance" he added. "He has an excellent ability and meets the expectation of Mozart character the original author tries to reflect, thus he's decided as the final cast."
Xiah Junsu will make alternate appearance as Mozart on stage with another casts namely Im Tae-kyung, Park Gun-hyung, and Park Eun-tae. (T/N: yes, there are 4 musical actors that will be roled as Wolfgang Mozart)

Tele Cinema produces movies that is in “short movie” scale and for TV, it’s categorized as “TV movie” segment. 632 fans of SM Entertainment singers such as TVXQ, Super Junior, Girls' Generation and SHINee have filed for fiscal and emotional compensation for the cancellation of the 'SM TOWN LIVE'09' concert that was scheduled on August 16th against SM Entertainment and Dream Maker.
The Korea Consumer Agency's Court Committee of Consumer Disputes announced on the 24th that "We are planning to allow all consumers with the same complaints submit these complaints at the same time from November 25th till December 9th."
Those wishing to apply to this method must go to the Korea Consumer Agency homepage (ww.kca.go.kr)'s Consultation Forum - Group Dispute Trial Participation/Inquiry.
Those applying for this inquiry must have bought tickets for the 'SM TOWN LIVE '09' concert from G Market or Dream Maker, and in the case that the applicant is a minor, a guardian can apply for him or her.
This happening will determine whether or not concert planners should pay compensation as well as a full refund when a concert is pushed back to an undetermined date or canceled.
According to the Korea Consumer Agency's rules regarding concerts, the concert planner must pay a full refund as well as 10% additional compensation if a concert is canceled.
On the other hand, TVXQ fans, who have been acting as the forerunners to this consumer movement, visited the Korea Consumer Agency in Seocho, Seoul in person to submit a complaint about the cancellation of the 'SM TOWN LIVE '09' concert and to request compensation.
The submitted this request under the name 'Victims of the SM Concert' and stated, "This is not a mere problem between a fan and an entertainment agency, but one between the consumer and the supplier," and "We are not merely looking to gain monetary compensation from this, we would like to keep our rights as consumers so that we do not have to sit idly by while suppliers continue to tyrannically attempt to control us."
